The vehicle

OASIS+ is GSA’s governmentwide vehicle for professional services, and the Office of Management and Budget has designated it Best-in-Class. There is no ceiling on what can be placed against it and the ordering period runs a five-year base with one five-year option, so it accommodates work that outgrows what a schedule order was meant to carry.
